Brian Francis Flaherty's Obituary
Brian Francis Flaherty of Orlando, Florida passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023. He was 36. Brian was born on Saturday, December 13, 1986 in New Haven, Connecticut. He moved to Florida with his family and graduated high school from Mount Dora Christian Academy. He furthered his education, attending Stetson University and Rollins College, graduating with his Bachelor’s degree. Brian was working for Financial Risk Partners.
Brian was an athlete and played soccer and basketball as a young man. More recently, you could find him playing a game of Golf, whenever time allowed. He enjoyed the theme parks and loved staying on property and spending several days. He also enjoyed theater.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Scotty and Daphne McLachlan and Frederick and Dorothy Flaherty. Brian is remembered and will be dearly missed by his parents, Robert and Laurie Flaherty of Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Leah Flaherty of Clemmons, North Carolina and his niece, Aurelia.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, July 29 from 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM with a memorial ceremony starting at 10:45 AM in the funeral home chapel.
