Brenda A. Little's Obituary
Brenda Gail Alexander LIttle, aged 74, residing in Mount Dora, Florida passed away on August 3, 2023.
Brenda, born on September 11th, grew up in Orlando, Florida and attended Florida State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. She went on to make a career out of helping others in various roles both in social work and in the private sector.
After retirement and almost to her last days, she combined her passion for helping others with her devotion to Christ through her volunteer work. She volunteered with her beloved church, St. Phillip Lutheran Church in Mount Dora, Fl where she was involved in Helping Hands and the Lake Cares Food Pantry.
Brenda lived a full life, one of challenges and cheer, laughter and tears. She was loved dearly by her family, friends and community.
She is survived by a caring brother, Calvin Alexander (Alyce-Mae); 2 grateful children, Jennifer Freeman (Mitch) and Bill Little (Amanda); and 6 vibrant grandchildren, Madison, Kellan, Kalli, Morgan, Scarlett and Kendall.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:00AM at St. Philip Lutheran Church, Mt. Dora. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to St. Philip Lutheran Church.
