Beverly Sue Metz's Obituary
Beverly Metz, 87, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away on December 9th, 2021.
She was born on December 30th, 1933, to Ruth and A.C. Parrotte in Nashville, Tennessee. Beverly married Charles Walter Metz in 1953 at the parsonage of the Allendale United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg, Florida.
A devoted wife and mother, Beverly’s greatest joy was found in her family. Her mischievous sense of humor was the foundation of numerous pranks. And her love of outrageous clothes, crazy sunglasses, and wonderfully quirky style was legend to all who knew her.
She loved her Lord, talking to others, playing her video games and cards, eating sweets (cream pies, coffee ice cream, Mounds) and cooking for others. Her warmth of love and spitfire personality endeared her to all.
