Daddy was my friend, example, guardian and confidant since birth. He was truly a man of God and faithfully honored his Priesthood calling of HP. He defended his country durng WWII and came home with two purple hearts and a bronze star. He taught me to love America and if I looked hard enough, I could find good in everything. I will especially miss Daddy reading the Christmas Story out of the Bible on Christmas Eve even if by way of a 3-day telephone call. I love you Daddy. I will miss your sweet presence unspeakably.
