Arlene H. Williams, age 80, of Tavares passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. She was born February 23, 1938 in Atlanta, GA. She was a retired payroll clerk for the school board. She was a member of the Elks and the Moose. She is survived by her sons, Gary Whiting of Deltona, FL, Kevin Whiting of Knoxville, TN; brother, Calvin Howe of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; sister, Marilyn Johnson of Morriston, FL; and 2 grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E.
