Tony Baxter Mann, of Leesburg, FL, passed away in the early morning on June 18, 2025. Born in Providence, RI to Earl Mann and Edna Baxter, Tony was a proud US Navy veteran, Master Mason, and a loving husband to Jean, with whom he traveled the country and the world. Tony knew a good deal when he saw one and never hesitated to speak his mind. He will be missed.
