Nancy you Justin are in our thoughts. Chip was a loving person, who knew the how to laugh. He was a true friend, as you are, and will be. Sue and I really enjoyed our gathering in Dec. 2012 in Florida.
Chip was an amazing man! I only knew him for a short time but in that short time I learned what an amazing man he was and how accepting he was of me! He made an amazing son who I have had the honor of being with for almost 3 years! He was a very honorable, generous and caring man who always put family before anything and always made such a big impact on people's lives and I feel so honored to have been one of those people and to be able to be apart of his family and get to know one of the most amazing men I have ever met! Thank you Chip for everything you will be FOREVER missed but NEVER forgotten! And even though we all feel like it was too soon for you to leave us we know that heaven gained an amazing angel!!! R.I.P Chip I love you and will ALWAYS miss you! <3
I'm so sorry for your loss. Know that I am keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Nancy,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of sorrow. Remember to focus on the many wonderful experiences you shared as a family and as soulmates. (I'll show up at the appropriate time.)
Nancy, it's been a long time since I have seen you but I did get to see Chip a few years ago. When I spoke to him last year he sounded happy with his new business. The years we spent together in DC working and laughing will forever shape my memory of him, He was a good friend and he will be missed. Our best wishes to you and Justin.
Nancy and Justin, I am sorry for your loss. Chip meant a lot to me. He was a friend, mentor, colleague, brother. I don't think anyone, including Chip, realize how much he impacted my life. The stories are numerous, fun and sometimes unbelievable. The memories will fill the rest of my life with joy. I thank Chip for where I am and that is a very good place. God bless him. I will remember him every day. Bob Artley
