Ms. Mendez was my all time favorite teacher. She was my 5th grade teacher at J.J.Burns School in Canton, Oh. She saw so much potential in me but sadly my home life was full of pain and sadness for me and I did not see in me what she saw in me. I know my life would have been much better had she known, but back then children didn't tell what was going on in their home.R.I.P. Ms. Mendez.You were very special to me.
