“Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. May almighty God bless us with his peace and strength, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen”
To All of Uncle Alvin’s Family,
Uncle Alvin was always a gentleman, and his Faith in God was very strong, as was his love for his family. He was a faithful steward preserving his (our) ancestry and always sharing stories & photographs from his archives on Facebook. It was obvious through the years how much this meant to him, and that we all knew where we came from. The Christmas of 2012, Uncle Alvin included in his card from Himself & Aunt Maureen a letter that he wrote to his local newspaper that they published “What I Believe” It was a letter about unleashing the power of prayer. Specifically, a love story in my opinion about Aunt Maureen. I’ve held onto this story all these years because it was a very powerful message where he wrote “May it help the readers of the Daily Commercial to include prayer in their life before & after it’s needed.”
Our family has lost a patriarch.
With deepest sympathy to all,
The Fuccillo Family
