What precious memories I have of the Hawthorne family! I spent so many hours at their house when Carol and I were in school. I can still see Mrs. Hawthorne in the kitchen cooking dinner, making pies, and some days sewing. She always made me feel welcome, and showed me love from my childhood to my adulthood. My husband Bill met her about 14 years ago, and he fell in love with her just like I had. I loved seeing her sweet face in church, and always would get a big hug from her. This whole family was a blessing to me, and we all had so much fun playing together as kids. Our prayers and love are with each one of you! God bless you all, and we know she is rejoicing with the Lord and her precious husband!!! ♥️
