I have known Mike and Robin since joining the Sheriff’s Office in 1998. Mike was my Sergeant while on Road Patrol and he showed me how a true love relationship worked. Robin and Mike were and still are soul mates. All that serve and have served under Mike strived to have a relationship and love like they do. Robin was a fighter and will be dearly missed. She is not really gone because the love she brought to her family and friends keeps her light shining. We love you Ross Fam! Love, Todd and Melissa Rowley and Family.

I remember stopping by the Ross home as a new deputy. What stuck out more than Mike's always perfect flat-top/spit n polish demeanor was Robin's energy and joy. Also the fact she cut up Mike's dinner for him. One of a kind for sure.
