Please accept my deepest sympathy. I only had the pleasure of meeting Richard one time but our introduction, made by his beautiful daughter Michelle, was accompanied by such love and reverence (as though she was revealing one of the greatest blessings of her life) made feel privileged just to be in their presence. The two of them with smiles and twinkles in their eyes could not hide their mutual devotion. As time went on, Richard's influence upon the woman Michelle is became so apparent to me--in her devotion to friends and family as well as her attendance to the needs of those who cannot help or speak for themselves. Because of Richard I, too, have received one of the greatest blessing of my life--Michelle's friendship. I am so grateful to this man who nurtured his lovely daughter and by so doing, leaves this world a better place than he found it.
