MOTHER’S LOVE Written by Frances Abbruscato (Williams) When troubles are large and the world seems blue, There is a person we all run to, When we want comfort and loving care, We look around and she is standing there. When we are in want, she gives us her share, If only for her there’s a crumb, or just a rag to wear. Yes, you know and I know there’s only one, For that is our own mother, the best under the sun. Although written by Frances while in high school, her own daughters could not agree more.
