Marilyn,My younger brother John informed me of Don's death yesterday. My condolences and rememberances of years ago go out to you. I was married in 1967 and you and Don kindly let my bride and I "house sit" your home in Trenton while you and Don were away for nearly a week. This would have been in late August of 1967. It was a wonderful gesture on yours and Don's behalf and gave us a time for privacy as a newly wed couple. For that I am grateful.My Mom, Dorothy Frudd is 92 now and living in Oklahoma with my 2 younger brothers, while I am living in Rochester, NY after a career at Dow Chemical and Eastman Kodak as an Engineer.I wish you well and remember those years. Don was a friend of my father’s, Frank Frudd, deceased 1976. Their friendship resulted in an outing on the Sullivan boat in the Detroit River, my first boat trip. 40+ years later I still remember that pleasant afternoon. I also have fond memories of a family vacation at Sanibel Island. Being from Trenton, Michigan, I used to wonder how the old man came up with that location. Thanks Don!
