The family that received the flowers said they were beautiful.
The purchase app automatically added the tree option and when I tried to go back and reorder without the tree option , the app created a second order. The integrity of your company showed up when you recognized I made a mistake, contacted me and gave me a chance to cancel one of the orders. Thank you

Hello Flowers called me before delivering the flowers I ordered b/c they noticed a name discrepancy on the card for the family. They wanted to make sure the flowers were going to the correct address - and I am so glad they did! I gave them the correct address and all worked out well. Ordering online thru the Sympathy Store (or any online store) comes with its own, at times, small issues. In my case I would always recommend asking any and all questions you may have regarding your arrangement you plan to order. With that said I spoke with a young woman by the name of Jada. She was without a doubt one of the most pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding representative I had the pleasure to deal with. I would without a doubt recommend the Sympathy Store for any and all your floral needs!

I was miles away from my brother's funeral and I wanted to send a beautiful arrangement for him since we were so close years ago. The Peace, Prayers & Blessings - Blue and White looked perfect, so I placed my order and on the evening after the funeral I received a phone call from another brother telling me how beautiful the flowers I had sent were and that everyone was talking about them. I couldn't be there but thanks to the Sympathy Store I was in a way, I got great comfort out of knowing that others knew how much I loved my brother. In my procrastination, I ordered this arrangement late the night prior to the service. They arrived prior to the service at 10 am the next morning. Arrangement was beautiful and was a favorite of the deceased's mother...she loved the doves! Thanks so much for getting such a beautiful arrangement to the service so quickly!
