He was quick to show interest and care to our four children in our times at church which really meant a lot to us all since they didn't have any grandparents locally. Thank you! So thankful Joyce and Dick were in our lives.

I met Dick when he and Duke were in Savannah building the Chatham County Detention Facility. He always carried himself in a professional manner with a great work ethic. Rest In Peace!
