We understand the process and the decisions involved in making funeral and cemetery arrangements can be stressful and confusing. We strive to reduce stress and confusion of this process by providing your family with one simple place for all your funeral, cemetery, cremation and floral needs. We want to educate you on what to expect and that is why we have created this agenda. It will provide you with a detailed list of what to expect throughout the next few minutes.
We want to first point out while your family and friends are here at our facility, you are our guests, and our entire staff will be working to ensure we provide the highest level of service.
As part of our commitment to exceeding your expectations, you will have a team of two people, a Licensed Funeral Director and a Family Service Professional dedicated to serving your family. The Funeral Director will be in charge of the arrangement conference and the services, he or she will be your primary contact for anything you may need until the services are complete. Your Family Service Professional will be your primary contact after the services are complete.
